PROMOTING INDUSTRY WELLNESS

- The wellness of the industry workforce cannot be divorced from all processes that wholesomely bring life to the industry. Through the organised inter-disciplined sports tournament that happens at the close of every year, the industry ensures that the employers and their employee counterparts are gathered together for the purposes of sporting. Sporting ensures that the workforce gets time to stretch up and recuperate whilst they share ideas with their sister members in the industry.
- The wellness day fosters the spirit of co-operation beyond competitiveness of players in the industry; it ensures togetherness, tolerance, physical and mental wellbeing of the workforce and some interaction outside of business as usual. The Industry wellness day promotes the spirit of getting to know each other better as players at a micro and casual level. It promotes the health and well being not only for the individual, but that of the industry as a whole.
