The Committee shall be responsible for:

• Liaising with and carrying out continual research on member companies on changes in job content and emergence of new jobs.
• Ensuring that all jobs in the industry have proper broad descriptions to facilitate grading.
• Updating on all job descriptions.
• Updating all industry job listings.
• Evaluating and grading of all jobs within the industry and producing job evaluation and grading matrix.
• Ensuring that all job evaluation committee members are adequately trained and continuously refreshed in all important aspects of job evaluation and grading.
