Capacity Building

• Our National Employment Council prioritises capacity building both to its councilors, human resource as well as to its members. It does that through trainings and refresher courses that enhances them to execute their mandates with the highest level of professionalism and experience.
• Our National Employment Council believes that through developing and strengthening of the skills, the instincts and the abilities of its human resource, there is greater opportunity of harnessing the untapped potential that ensures the industry delivers the best quality of services in the nation.
• Our thrust for capacity building extends further to our membership, and the service usually cascades through the services of the Designated Agent whilst acting in his area of jurisdiction. The Designated agent offers routine and specific/ customised trainings to workers committees and works councils from time to time as a way of ensuring that members are better equipped to deal with their issues in the domestic realms.
