The full council consists of all sitting committee members of the Council

The Full Council ordinarily sits 3 times per calendar year, however when necessary, special meetings may be sanctioned when it is deemed necessary by council.

The Full Council is responsible for;

• Appointing all officers of Council and discharging them for any good cause.
• Appointing sub committees and ensuring that they execute their mandates fully and professionally.
• Passing of all policies and procedures that enable Council to execute its mandate fully.
• Handling any appeals made by any of the committees or officers of Council.
• Reversing or varying any decision of the Executive Committee where it deems it necessary.
• Passing all binding resolutions that assist in driving Council business and ensuring that all resolutions are correctly implemented.
